As Managing Director of iFG Studios, she leds strategic initiatives for clients including the Oskar Blues Foundation, CSU Ventures, Cancer and Careers, Bead For Life, International Rescue Committee, The Conservation Fund, Oskar Blues Foundation, Shriners Hospitals for Children and United Way Worldwide.
As a champion of collaborative learning, lean impact, and design thinking principles, Stephanie facilitates capacity building for executive teams and project groups to support mission visioning, strategic planning, new (or revitalized) program design, community engagement, impact messaging, partnership development and cause marketing campaigns. Stephanie’s passion for mission-minded work is underpinned by more than 10 years of experience in the private sector, leading omni-channel growth, marketing and new product launch initiatives for America’s most familiar brands including Mrs. Fields, PepsiCo Foods, Firehouse Subs, IBM, Sylvania Lighting and Hasbro. She is the founder of the former social venture, LaunchUR (selected to the 2014 Points of Light Civic Accelerator Program), an experiential learning program to ignite the problem-solving, job readiness and entrepreneurial skills of high school students through real-world startup challenges. Stephanie is also the former creator of the syndicated Media General business column and Starbuck-sponsored CBS radio feature called Books @ Work, interviewing national CEOs about the books that impact their business.
