WILD @ BSW
The WILD Council is excited to again support and participate in Boulder Startup Week (BSW). BSW is a celebration of entrepreneurship and a way to bring all walks of the startup world together. From early stage founders to more established business leaders, the mentors and attendees all share a common goal: imagining and bringing to life exciting, valuable, and successful companies.
BSW’s mission aligns well with ours, for we know that having women in leadership is a key facet of building strong and successful companies. Our sessions at Boulder Startup Week will be designed to help connect, inspire, and empower women at all levels/roles to achieve their professional goals.
With the global pandemic still at play, Boulder Startup Week will be an entirely virtual event for 2021. This year’s theme is Resilience… a fitting tribute to the grit we have all exhibited this year, as well as a reminder that we need to continue to support one another in persevering in these challenging times.

In this interactive discussion, we will learn how to navigate emotional shifts during change, build a resiliency mindset and focus on well being.

Do you say yes when you really mean no? Do you struggle to share difficult news? Do certain conversations make you really angry? Difficult conversations are, well, difficult. They make us feel uncomfortable, awkward, or anxious. A lot of times it feels easier to avoid them. Unfortunately, avoiding them always comes at a cost. There is a better way! Come learn the 5 step approach in this workshop.
