Alicia got her start working in hunger relief at the second largest food bank in Oregon. There, she worked with the public and community stakeholders to donate food, time, and money to help people in need, and later oversaw the distribution of food through nearly 200 community partners.
She moved to Colorado to pursue her MBA at CU Boulder. As the student-elected MBA Association President, she was able to build relationships with Leeds Business School leadership and support the Women's Council involvement with MBA student groups. She is now a market researcher and strategist at mindsight (www.mindsighters.com) where she helps large and small brands connect with their consumers and make data-driven decisions about the direction of their businesses, brands, and product portfolios. Alicia is passionate about supporting women in business. Her side hustle, The Doyenne Project (www.doyenneproject.com) is a blog where she shares career development insights from the accomplished professional women with ambitious young women to support them in their career pursuits. |
